McKenzie Soil Management Pty. Ltd. was established in 1996 by Dr. David McKenzie. The company has been based in Orange NSW Australia since 1997.

David has the following qualifications and accreditations:

• BNatRes (Hons.), University of New England;
• MScAgr, University of New England (soil chemistry, agronomy);
• PhD, University of Sydney (soil physics);
• Certificate IV, Training & Assessment;
• Certified Professional Soil Scientist (Stage 3), Australian Society of Soil Science Inc.;
• Chartered Soil Scientist, British Society of Soil Science.

He offers the following professional services to clients in rural NSW and beyond:

1. Soil assessment associated with yield map interpretation for irrigated crops (both             perennial and annual), dryland crops and pastures.

2. Soil surveys for new vineyards and horticultural developments.

3. Training courses associated with whole-farm soil management plans.

4. Writing of soil-related extension materials.

5. Expert witnessing for legal cases associated with the assessment and management of             agricultural soil.
